This double cd of 2 separate live peformances by the legend DIO and his band from Donington. One in 1983 which would be after his first solo release HOLY DIVER and cd 2 is from 1987 which comes after his SACRED HEART album. So you get a little different mixture of songs but of course you still get some repeated especially the mainstays in any live DIO show like HEAVEN AND HELL, HOLY DIVER,  LONG LIVE ROCK'N'ROLL and MAN ON THE SILVER MOUNTAIN.
So the 83 disc gives us his Sabbath standards and a few extra Rainbow songs that you didn't hear much after this with STARSTRUCK and STARGAZER and 4 cuts from his classic HOLY DIVER release.
The 1987 disc  gives up more of a mixture with Dio having 3 more studio albums to chose from so we get to hear DREAM EVIL, ROCK AND ROLL CHILDREN, NAKED IN THE RAIN, THE LAST IN LINE, ALL THE FOOLS SAILED AWAY and goes back to Holy Diver album with RAINBOW IN THE DARK and the title track. And a great NEON KNIGHTS version.
The band is the same for both shows except on guitar as on the 83 disc its VIVIAN CAMPBELL and in 1987 its GRAIG GOLDY on the axe.
DIO is a legend and my favourite metal singer of all time and these 2 discs are must haves for any DIO Fan. My only complaint would be DIO's love for playing part of a song then jumping to another song then back again. Its something he always did but at times I get disappointed that he didn't do the whole song and just does a couple of minutes of it. But apart from that minor flaw in my own mind it is a great piece of METAL history and shows the majesty that was Ronnie James Dio.
